I don't know exactly what you mean by "doing well." However, I can list several churches ministering to the postmod context, which I believe are making a real impact for the Gospel. If that is your definition of "doing well," then I think you will find these churches are "doing better" than 98% of the churches in America. They are preaching the good news to the lost, lonely, and least of this society without shame, fear, or concern for politics, recognition or their own glory.
