Depends on what exactly you are looking for. If you are looking for a ministry type degree, check out http://www.bethel.edu. Then look for the seminary link and then the In Ministry link.
Also look at Christianity Today. There are many seminaries and Christian grad schools that offer classes and full degrees online.
