I can't say that I am surprised. The business model of offering numerous free internet services, and then trying to pay for it on the back end with advertisers has proven to be problematic. Just look at the number of free ISP's that went under in the past six months.
So what are our options? I question whether a boycott, or mass complaint would be effective, and leaving just prevents us from benefitting from the free services they offer. Where are the alternatives? The Ooze? Create our own service?
