I like your post. Just want to say that the bait should not be just that. The bait should be the gospel presented in a very real way, not just pulling in the Starbucks crowd by having dim lights and coffee at every service.
I was wondering what other websites there are out there with message boards? I have been somewhat active on theooze message board, and it seems to stay pretty fresh. I think that personally this the way that we get a real feel for some questions is by posting them outside our comfort zone and letting fresh prospectives from around the world tackle them.
Why are you the victim of my babble? Well, because you are the one who has posted most recently and thought that you would be the one who would check this board looking for a reply to your post.
To everyone else who get's this post, I would like some imput on some sites that I could possibly check out on postmodernity and the emerging church (not just a book review or a model of coined phrases going around) but some real people asking some important questions about what is "going on" in our church?
I will close with that....
