I have some experience with relevant bait. Some friends and I got sucked into a ministry to skateboarders in Moreno Valley, CA. At this point there have been hundreds of "decisions". Lots of activity and lots of opposition. I have a meeting with the City Attorney on Thursday over the latest round of complaints. This ministry is definitely not normal "church". Life changes are apparent but not nearly as religious as those you see in the local church Sunday school. In this case the "bait" is skateboarding. My friend Steve Sjogren has used matchbooks at the local AA site as "bait" for years. Apparently the Holy Spirit doesn't mind reaching smokers? Keep on searching.... Charlie
