Thank you for your response. As music/programming director for my church, was faced with the dilemma of a very giving, honest friend who loved to sing and play drums because he loved the feeling. Yet, he hasn't accepted Christ. Even goes as far as saying he won't. He is the biggest cynic I know. He even has been attending BSF for 2 years. I had told him that I felt we dishonest as a worship team when one of us does not believe what we are singing about. Integrity to me is foremost in representation of Christ. Any more thoughts?
