Hi,
Thanks for your kind letter. I am not planning to do anything rash. I am in for the long haul. Your right these men have been placed here by God and I am trying to see God in all of it. The only thing that our church is lacking is evangelism. No one in our church has led anyone to the Lord in 7 years. We grow through people moving into the area or leaving another church.
I am spending more time in developing relationships with those who do not not Jesus. In doing this I have to say no to more church activities and be realistic about what one person can do. These men are open to change , I just want it to be God through me or others instead of my agenda.
