I would like to ask one questions. No consider this. Who's doing the leading. Man or God. The Holy Ghost is suppose to teach, lead and guide us into all truth. So it seems to me that everybody is suppose to be asking God and the spirit of the Pastor should bare witness with the spirit of the members who have sincerely prayed for the Pastor and for themselves. If we're not praying for God to teach, lead and guide then we are working in the flesh and those that are in the flesh cannot please God. Now are we trying to please God, ourself or our congregation. Are we saved. Do we believe the word of God. I believe in being lead by the spirit and following a spirit filled pastor. If he not spirit I will know it because when I read my bible and go to church The spirit is supposed to lead the mouth of the pastor to something that I was studing on that I didn' quite understand and then explain it. Now that's the spirit a discerner of the thoughts and the intents of the mind.
