Suicide
Can you embrace your sadness
Like a crazy mans somber madness
Like a shadow in the night
Fades into the blackness?
Can you swallow pain like poison
Like a desperate mans sorrow
Like holding brilliant illusion
Can you save yourself tomorrow?
Kill me - Deal me
Lay me down and heal me
Make me - break me
Lay me down and take me
Be my suicide - be the death of me
My cup runneth over - the drink
that finally takes me.
Do You let me live to forsake me?
Stand up just to trip me?
Speak up just to sway me?
Kiss me just to burry me?
Will you hold the knife to my skin
If I let you push it in
Will you turn the blade again
If the Father forgives the sin?
Kill me - Deal me
Lay me down and heal me
Make me - break me
Lay me down and take me
Be my suicide - be the death of me
My cup runneth over -
The drink that finally takes me.
