 Charles R. (Charlie) Wear, is the Editor, Publisher and Webmaster of Next-Wave Web Magazine. At 51 years of age, Charlie is a lawyer living with his wife Loretta, in Bakersfield, California.Raised in the Seventh-day Adventist denomination, he has served on the staff of a denominational church. He was the Senior Pastor of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Moreno Valley from 1995-1998. From 1996-98 he served as an Area Pastoral Coordinator and Church Planting Coordinator in the Association of Vineyard Churches. From 1998-to the present he has been working with a team reaching out to teens to twenty-somethings and their parents through the extreme sport of skateboarding (see If you build it, they will come & If you build it, they will come, part 2) His passion is to see young leaders released in ministry, ready and well-equipped. David Hopkins, age 24
[http://monkhouse.org/david] is a contributing editor for Next-Wave. He recently graduated from Texas A&M University at Commerce with a degree in English and Philosophy. David has enrolled to Fuller Theological Seminary's distance learning program. David was raised in the Methodist tradition. Although currently, he is a community pastor at Axxess, an emerging congregation within Pantego Bible Church. In his "spare time," David is a high school English teacher. Eric Stanford, age 37, is a contributing editor for Next-Wave Web magazine. He runs an "e-lancing" business from his home in Colorado Springs, mostly doing editing for book publishers and writing for magazines. His great desire is to help the Christian publishing industry learn to serve postmoderns more effectively. Eric studied English at Judson College and theology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Leslie Rumasack

Leslie Ramusack is the Community and Outreach Liaison for Next-Wave magazine. Currently, she lives in Columbus, Ohio and attends the Vineyard Christian Fellowship and Joshua House. Her music picks of the month are Mars Hill Worship Volume One and Audible Sigh by Bill Mallonee & Vigilantes of Love. Roger Bos, age 30, is the founding editor of Next-Wave Web Magazine. He and his wife, Sophie (27, British) have three kids. After a three-year internship at Desert Springs Church in Palm Desert, California,
they have returned to Europe to be involved in church planting and leadership with Christian Associates International.  They come from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where Roger (or Rogier, as his name is in Dutch) and Sophie were on staff at Crossroads International Church. Rogier's Masters Thesis was titled 'Strategies to Reach Postmodern People,' He was graduated from Tyndale Theological Seminary with an M.A. degree.
